Why is my Returns Portal showing a blank page?
If you have added the Exchange It link to your store (e.g., in your footer) but the page appears blank, it is likely due to your current subscription plan.
The Solution: Check Your Plan
The Exchange It returns portal is a premium feature available on the Standard Plan and above.
If you are currently on the Basic Plan or a trial of the Basic Plan, the portal will not render live on your storefront. To resolve this:
Open your Shopify Admin.
Navigate to Apps and select Exchange It.
Go to the Subscription tab within the app.
Upgrade your subscription to the Standard Plan.
Is there a technical error?
No. A blank page in this specific scenario is not a code error or a bug; it is simply the app waiting for the required plan level to activate the portal's interface. Once you upgrade, the page at your custom URL will automatically populate with the returns interface.
