Shippo Return Shipping Integration
ExchangeIt offers a Shippo integration for printing return shipping labels, but note that this feature is available only on the Advanced plan. The ExchangeIt Advanced plan is the only plan that includes the “Shipping Integration” feature. If you’re on the Free or Standard plan, you will need to upgrade to Advanced before setting up Shippo.

Enabling Shippo in ExchangeIt
To set up Shippo for returns, first open the ExchangeIt app in your Shopify admin:
In Shopify’s top menu, click Apps and select ExchangeIt.
In the ExchangeIt app, click Settings to open the settings page.
On the Settings page, select the Return Shipping tab. Scroll down to find the Shippo Integration section.
In the Shippo Integration section:
Check the box labeled “Show Shippo in my Return Shipping Label options”. This enables Shippo as a return label option.
In the Shippo API Key field, paste your Shippo Live API Token (see below for how to get this).
Click Save or Update Settings (if available) to apply the changes.
Once enabled, Shippo will appear as a carrier option when you create prepaid return labels in ExchangeIt.
Obtaining Your Shippo API Key
You must have an active Shippo account to get an API key. To retrieve your Shippo Live API key:
Log in to your Shippo dashboard (apps.goshippo.com).
Click the Settings icon, then scroll down and select API. This takes you to the Shippo API settings page.
On the API page, you will see sections for Live Token and Test Token. Make sure you copy the Live Token (production API key). Shippo’s documentation notes that you can find your token on this API settings page.
If you haven’t generated a token yet, click Generate Token under the Live Token section. When shown, copy the token and click Done.
After copying the Shippo Live Token, return to the ExchangeIt app and paste it into the API Key field as instructed above.
