How to Edit the Return Request Email
When a customer requests a return from the Return Portal, they automatically receive a "Return Request" email. This notifies them that their request has been received and is being processed. You can fully customize this email in Exchange It to match your brand's voice.
Step-by-Step Customization Guide
Step 1: Locate the Template
Open the Exchange It app.
Click on Settings.
Click on the Notifications tab.
Scroll down to find the section titled Return Request Email.
Step 2: Edit the Content
You can adjust the text and layout to create a personalized experience for your customers:
Subject Line: Modify the subject line to reflect your brand's tone.
Try: "We've received your return request" or "Return Request #1234 Status."
Body Content: Adjust the text to provide detailed instructions or change the wording to fit your service style.
Try: "Thanks for submitting your request. We will review it within 24 hours."
Design Elements: Use the customization options to adjust the layout, font size, and colors to match your brand’s aesthetic.
Step 3: Brand Your Email
Make your emails look professional by uploading your store logo or custom images. Once you are done making changes, remember to click Save.
