How to Add Your Logo to Exchange It Notification Emails

Personalizing your Exchange It notification emails with your brand's logo enhances brand recognition and provides a consistent experience for your customers.

1. Log in to your Shopify admin panel.

2. Navigate to Content > Files.

3. Click on Upload files.

4. Select and upload your logo image (preferably in PNG or JPEG format).

5. After uploading, locate your logo file in the list.

6. Click on the Link icon next to the file name to copy the URL.

   Example URL format:

   https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0000/0000/files/your-logo.png?v=1234567890

Open the app settings, then go to the Notifications tab. Scroll to the bottom of the tab and you will see a section called Email Logo & Branding. There you will see an input field — paste the copied URL into it.
