Setting Your Return Request Notification Email in ExchangeIt

Edited

In ExchangeIt, you can choose exactly where you’d like to receive emails when a customer submits a return request. This ensures that the right person (for example, someone on your support or returns team) is alerted immediately when a return is requested.

How to configure your notification email

  1. Go to Settings → Dashboard: In the ExchangeIt menu, click Settings, then select the Dashboard tab

  2. Find the Notifications section: Scroll down until you see a section labeled Notifications. This is where you control return-request alerts.

  3. Enter the notification email: In the Notifications section, type the email address where you want to receive return-request notifications (for example, your customer support or returns manager’s email). Make sure to check the box to enable notifications, or the system will not send any emails.

  4. After completing your changes, don't forget to save them using the Save button at the top.

After saving, you can verify the setup by submitting a test return request (for example, through the Returns Portal) and confirming that the notification email arrives at the address you entered.
