Confirmation: Assures customers that their return has been received and is being processed.

Branding: Reinforces your brand's identity through customizable elements like logos and messaging.
Customizing the Return Received Email Template
To customize the Return Received Email Template:
Access the Settings:
Navigate to your ExchangeIt dashboard.
Scroll down to the "Return Received Email" section under the Settings tab.
Customize the Email Content:
Heading: Modify the default heading "We received your return for Order [Order Number]" to something more personalized, such as:
"Your Return for Order [Order Number] Has Been Received"
"Thank You for Returning Your Order [Order Number]"
Body: Edit the body text to provide more detailed information about the return process. For example:
"We have successfully received your returned items. Our team will process your return shortly, and you will receive an update once it's complete."
"Your return is in progress. Please allow [X] business days for processing. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our support team."
Add Your Brand's Logo:
